Meeting opened at 7:10 p.m.

Secretaries report given and accepted with corrections.  The brotherhood meeting minutes were not read as the absent-minded secretary forgot to bring them.

President Roger Crouse entertained a motion that the meeting be adjourned at 8 p.m. so that the brothers may attend a smoker.  MSP

Reports

First Vice President report given as presented on the adjacent sheet.
Pete Mason spoke on the tailgate picnic.

Second VP spoke of the smoker tonight.  Dean Hopkins will speak.
There were more interested in the student activities night this year than last.
Initiation of pledges will be October 8, 1965.
Brothers who have suggestions on requirements of pledges of pledge programs should see Denny Myshrall or Ed Skea.

Third Vice President spoke on the possibility of a window displaying the Student Union store.

Fellowship Chairman spoke on the possibility of an intramural bowling team, big brothers and little brothers attending the football game together, brothers and dates attending the homecoming football game and mass, possibility of purchasing blazes and APO sweatshirts.

Treasurer reported that he would like a concert committee and the finance committee and that the movie did not make much money if any.

Roger Crouse reported on the homecoming concert.  We need people to sell setup stage, set up she is before 10 a.m. Sunday, to ticket sellers, eight ushers, and the communications and publicity committee.

Announcements

The next committee meeting will be Wednesday, October 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the Worcester room.  There will be a joint and meeting with GSS at 7:30 p.m..
The next movie will be October 30.
Mel Kimmel is the homecoming parade chairman.
Pete Mason is the tailgate picnic chairman.
Steve Britannic and Pete Mason will work together on the blood drive.
Adelphia will handle most of the homecoming parade.

Move: to contact the national office concerning those who brothers who still have not paid brotherhood initiation fees in two weeks.  In contact in the office, we recommend suspension.  MSP.

Move: that the books be collected at the tailgate picnic.  Roll call vote, one vote cast by George Dimock.

Move that for the first month of each semester the same classification as last semester holes.  However, upon payment of dues, a former in active members granted the privilege of voting.  MSP.
